Buy condoms in Makati, bring them back to Alabang, use them there.

btw baranggay ordinance no 2

prohibits earthquakes and aftershocks with magnitude above 3.0 and tusnamis against entering the baranggays area of responsibility....

Seriously, From what i heard on the news. The Brgy Ayala Alabang Ordinance only limits it to selling and not actual possesion. So in summary eh bawal lang mag tinda. as Freon said, bili ka na lang sa Makati ;)

Not exactly cool breeze, theres an article there that states even someone caught in possession without a prescription. If I'm not mistaken ha. But still, it infringes on the right of other religious beliefs, and the freewill of an individual the choice of method in his family planning. And they make it seem that you are a bad christian if you dont agree with the church and I dont think that it is fair to that. Parang, it is either you are with them, or against them. And if you are not with them, you are against God. Which i think unfair in this case.

No its not yet implemented. We're having a forum today to discuss it. But you're right, they will be breaking a lot of national laws just for this one.
