Committees are good, however I feel like if we assign a certain set of people for food, they will get tired of feeding us.
Money for the team has to be managed carefully but is needed.
Research and Devt. I think we should all be doing this regardless. It should be every member's responsibility to give their input.
Social stuff: With a lot of members on the team being married and the fact that we don't officially promote adultery, kanya kanya nalang ito pero pwedeng mang-imbita ok? :P
So, let us talk about the first 2 in light of last night's festivities.
Do you all want to pitch in a set amount of money each time we do this so that we have food and drinks? You can also contribute other stuff for the night, such as your own food as Andy did, etc.
In light of what we had the other night, we can contribute maybe 100 for food and 50 for drinks if no one brings food.
A committee to handle food would be more of making sure that we have food during the night by ensuring that a member has pledged to bring food or collecting contributions in order to buy food.
Let us have a face to face meeting to discuss the money part.
